Oddity began with a simple idea: brands deserve better matches. In a world saturated with agencies promising everything under the sun, we saw an opportunity to do something different—to cut through the noise and create meaningful connections between brands and the agencies best suited to bring their vision to life.
We started in Minneapolis, where a small, passionate team noticed a recurring problem in the industry: brands were spending too much time and money vetting agencies, only to end up with partners who didn’t truly understand them. We knew there had to be a better way, and so Oddity was born.
We set out to create a process that wasn’t just about checking boxes but about truly understanding both sides of the equation. For us, it’s not just about pairing a brand with an agency; it’s about crafting relationships that are strategically aligned, culturally compatible, and destined for success.
As our reputation grew, so did our team and our reach. What started as a small operation has now expanded to a nationwide network, but our mission remains the same: to help brands navigate the saturated agency market with confidence, efficiency, and a touch of creative flair. When you choose your agency partner, we will help onboard between your agency and brand. Within 1-2 weeks you can start working toward success. If at any time you're dissatisfied with your match, our Success Promise makes sure you have support until you do.
